The Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized relevant experts from Zhejiang University, the Provincial Mechanical and Electrical Design and Research Institute, and the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission to check and accept the center. The acceptance committee unanimously agreed that the construction of Zhejiang Rifa Automation Equipment Research and Development Center has reached the required requirements and meets the acceptance criteria of Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Research and Development Center, and agreed to pass the acceptance. Zhejiang Rifa Automation Equipment Research and Development Center is a provincial-level high-tech research and development center construction project planned by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2000. At present, the center has a total of 80 technical personnel, including 2 professor-level senior engineers, 8 senior engineers, and 10 engineers; 22 sets of 3D design software (Pro-E) and data management software (Pro-intralink) from PTC Corporation of the United States have been introduced. , Established and improved the Windchill enterprise-level PDM system; purchased advanced testing equipment such as laser interferometer, British bidirectional autocollimator, and American HP angle positioning measuring mirror, established an advanced testing center; in the field of basic technology research, cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Software Institute, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other scientific research institutes have carried out extensive cooperation to rapidly improve their scientific research capabilities. After a year of construction, the center has become a high-tech research and development center with advanced facilities, strong technical force, and fruitful scientific research results. During the one-year construction period, a total of more than 13 million yuan has been invested in research and development, and it has successfully developed nearly 20 new products in three series, including CNC machine tools, textile machinery, and reconfigurable bearing manufacturing automated production lines. Among them, there is one product under the National Torch Program. , 5 provincial-level new products, and the RFRS10 rotor spinning machine project was included in the major equipment localization project of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.
