On January 22, 2003, the preliminary design of the Xinchang County Electromechanical Science and Technology Park project passed the review meeting organized by the Shaoxing Development Planning Commission commissioned by the Provincial Development Planning Commission.　　 The review meeting was held in Xinchang Baiyun Resort. The Provincial Development Planning Commission, the Department of Land and Resources, the Environmental Protection Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and relevant county departments all sent experts to participate in the review meeting. Luo Guoan, deputy magistrate of Xinchang County, participated in this review meeting.　　

The preliminary design of the Xinchang County Electromechanical Science and Technology Park project was compiled and completed by Zhejiang Electromechanical Design Institute. This design made a scientific and reasonable planning and design for the overall layout, construction, water supply and drainage of the Mechanical and Electrical Technology Park, and won unanimous praise from the participating experts and the review meeting. At the same time, some experts at the meeting put forward valuable opinions on the preliminary design of the project in terms of land use indicators, park pipeline layout, and park living area construction, which provided a perfect basis for the construction and smooth implementation of the park.　　 After the preliminary design of Xinchang County Electromechanical Science and Technology Park passed the review, the preparatory work for the construction of the science and technology park was basically completed, laying a good foundation for the infrastructure construction of the next project and the smooth migration of enterprises entering the park.
